Culturelive is a SaaS platform focused on aligning business priorities, corporate culture and employee engagement.
Our innovative approach empowers employees, improves performance and strengthens corporate culture.
By offering a seamless platform with gamification and digital recognition features, we aim to fill the need for value, meaning and engagement, given that according to Gallup, in Europe only 14% of employees are engaged in their work and 1 in 5 is inclined to leave their job.
Culturelive aims to maximise employee potential by creating a positive working environment that values, engages and motivates employees, while promoting the attractiveness and loyalty of the best talent.
Our history
The Culturelive platform is the result of a meeting between specialists in the IT sector, particularly web 3.0 technologies, and experts in corporate leadership and motivation.
Historically, corporate culture has always been fostered through workshops and physical meetings to cement corporate values and create links between people. This is an area in which the co-founders of Culturelive have developed major expertise and many years of experience. The emergence of the pandemic revealed the limits of this model and highlighted the lack of a tool to give substance to a corporate culture.
Culturelive was designed to fill this gap!
Since its first iteration, the platform has gone through three key phases in its development, and its genesis lies in a constant search for innovation.
I. Employee commitment
In this first phase, Culturelive was a platform focused on employee engagement.
Rewarding their involvement in the workplace, inspired by blockchain and tokenisation, we introduced an "engagement currency". Employees earn 'tokens' for their positive actions, and companies use them to encourage engagement within the organisation.
But we soon realised that we could go further.

II. Peer-to-peer recognition
Over time, Culturelive has evolved into a peer-to-peer recognition system.
Companies can now define the behaviours they want to promote, and employees can recognise each other for those behaviours. However, we realised that we could still innovate.

III. Cultural alignment and change management
Culturelive is now positioned as a fundamental tool for aligning employees with corporate values, cultural transformation and change management.
Culturelive is becoming an innovation in constant research, responding to the current challenges of the HR world with this innovative approach, while offering a granular and technological experience for employees and companies.

IV. CulturELive rebranding
As we have evolved, we have become a true culture platform composed of several modules. This led us to rethink our name, values, and mission. We became Culturelive to reflect our dynamism and strategy.
Our mission is to integrate corporate culture into every step of the workflow and to create a win-win culture for all stakeholders.
We have three core values: innovation, impact, and win-win.

Our motivations
At Culturelive we work to make our daily lives meaningful. Our motivations are driven by our beliefs and our expertise in the levers of culture, particularly recognition. We are our first customer and we are passionate about developing a solution that enables us to unite our employees around a common vision to serve our customers with their commitment, recognition and culture issues.
We draw on proven recognition theories and partner with leading behavioural science and nudging specialists such as Eric Singler (CEO of BVA Nudge Consulting).
The aim of our solution is to instrumentalise a company's culture by aligning employee commitment with corporate objectives and values, and by aligning stakeholders' interests with the rewards and recognition they expect.
We all have different backgrounds, but they all share the same enormous energy and passion for commitment. Our common mission : build a tool that makes people want to get involved in their work and their company every day.
